How do I make a map?

Enter the street name, postcode or the name of your memorable place and then select your desired location from the list generated.
You can now edit the map by:

  • Zooming in and out
  • Positioning your map
  • Adding, moving or removing markers (heart, star, pin, ring)
  • Selecting the map style (including removing street names)
  • Writing a dedication
  • Adding a photo

We recommend logging-into your account. This will save any drafts you make for access later.

Can I add multiple markers/locations?

Yes! You can add as many markers and positions as you like. Simply use the option "ADD ANOTHER MARKER".

How are the maps made?

The maps are printed on museum quality heavy weight paper (200 gsm) with a matt textured finish.
Each framed print is individually handmade by specialist picture framers.
Frames are created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. The maps are glazed with the highest quality acrylic Plexiglass, a safe option that provides UV protection and less glare than traditional glass.
All frames are delivered ready for hanging.

Where are your maps made and sent from?

All of our handcrafted maps come from award-winning printer partners based in the UK, USA and Australia. We ensure your map is printed as close to the delivery address as possible to reduce time, money and carbon footprint.

What about delivery times and costs?

We have printers in the UK, Australia and the USA and can ship to anywhere in the world with a postal service.
The delivery times depend on the product that you order, where you are in the world and the shipping option that you choose at check out.
